the customer base by selling security systems to homeowners; cold
calling and networking to find new business. At least two years of sales
required and a H.S. diploma or equivalent. Excellent opportunities
for growth from ground floor. |

SUMMARY
The Director of Collection is responsible for servicing delinquent
accounts for the enterprise service centers. Also responsible for the
timely and accurate submission of company Collection reports and bonus (VCP
plan) computation. Must be creative in order to maximize the
effectiveness of the department to reduce outstanding receivables while
keeping operating expenses low. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BS, BA in
Business Administration, Accounting, or related field desired, five or
more years of proven leadership or management experience in Collection
operations may be substituted. Two to four years customer service
experience in an automated inbound customer service call center
environment. Two to four years collection experience including
management of staff. PC literate in Microsoft Office applications. |
